Total Asset: Sum of all prices of your products (including expired products).

Safe Asset: Sum of all prices of your products (products that are not expiring within a year).

Lost Asset: Sum of all expired products.

Asset to Run Loss: Total cost of assets to run a loss within a year (products expiring within a year).

Non-Perishable Assets: Total cost of non-perishable assets (products that do not expire).

You can assign a level of privilege to your salesperson(s).

In your dashboard, under "Users" tab. Kindly click on the 'Edit' button for the respective staff.
Then scroll down to select the "User Role" dropdown menu.
Then select a role for them and click on "update" button.
Please note! staff need to perform a fresh login to see the changes.

Types of roles for staff

1. Salesperson: When this is assigned to staff, they can only conduct sales and not stock or updates products in the shop.
2. Administrator: When this is assigned to staff, they can conduct sales, also staff can add, update & delete stocks and products. They can also renew or update account payment.

Note! These level of privileges for staff does not allow them to see the owners asset values. Only shop owner can see their shop's asset values.

Yes! On XowiePOS you can monitor each sales performed by your salesperson via the sales tab on your account. You get to see the number of products purchased, the amount tendered and the balance given to the customer.

No. Unfortunately we do not offer hardware components such as barcode readers, tablets amongst others. But our software would integrate successfully with your barcode readers and any hardware needed for POS services.

You cannot add a salesperson with a free account, you can add a salesperson in any of our paid plans.
